Hi,
It's the last day of Blaugust. What a month it's been, and what a week it's been. It's been fun posting every single day, but I'll be happy to get back to once a week. Yep, Blaugust is over, but I will still post every week.
So, a lot happened this week. Shammybrit got to 100 and got Alchemy to 700, and is now converting lots of Sorcerous to Sorcerous Earth for the others. She also made the 640 Trinket for herself as the third crafted piece.
Elfybrit made it to 90, and got into Draenor. She's now doing Frostfire Ridge, getting mining leveled up and has started on JC. She recently upgraded her Garrison to level 2, and has now got a mine too, now that she is level 92. The thing I'm doing differently on Elfy is not doing any Follower Missions until she's 100 and has the Garrison all set up. This is to save Garrison Resources. We'll see how this compares to doing Follower Missions all along.
I also leveled up Lockybrit quite a bit. She made level 68 and into Northrend. She's now 69 having run Utgarde Keep, and is nearly level 70. She will be the next one to get to 100 after Elfy does.
Last night and this morning, I leveled Huntingbrit a bit. She ran Hallfire Ramparts and Blood Furnace and quested a bit and leveled mining and hit 64 this morning. This is to let others rest up a bit.
The other thing I did on the weekend was get on my Alliance Priest and get the final 10 treasures for Draenor Pathfinder. I can wait until Elfybrit will be flying while leveling in Draenor tomorrow!
I also ran Priesty through Firelands last night. Getting more serious about making gold now. She's at about 106K now.
In Hearthstone, I purchased the last three wings of Naxx with $$. I cleared the 3rd wing, and first boss of the 4th wing. Then I crafted two Ironbark Owls for the 2nd boss of the 4th wing, and beat it with my Priest this morning. I've been doing quests on both America and Europe. I also played Ranked in Europe with my Priest and got to Rank 20. So, Rank 19 in America, and Rank 20 in Europe.
And of course, there was the almost disaster of not being able to log in to play. I had an Authenticator for Battlenet. It was on the old phone, so didn't work on my new one. I had to submit a ticket, and get in a live chat with a very friendly GM to get the Authenticator removed from the account. Then I could log in again.
Now, let's see how the WoW Master Plan is coming along.

Blaugust Day 30 - Disaster Averted!
Hi,
It's the 30th (and pen-ultimate) day of Blaugust. Let's see what I was up to, and what the title is all about.
Last night, I came into the den expecting to play WoW for a while. However, it asked me to log in again (must have been 30 days), and then asked for the Authenticator code. Well, I got a new phone recently, so downloaded the Auth, and of course it didn't work. I couldn't understand why not, but it all makes sense. The Auth is tied to a particular device. My old phone was traded in and so that's a non starter. The saving grace was that the Laptop was still ok - phew. I submitted a ticket, then got in a live chat with a GM this morning. After answering questions to make sure I was actually me, they removed the Auth, and I'm now able to log in in the den again. Phew - Disaster averted!
So, last night. I did take Elfybrit into Draenor. She started on the FFR quests, got her Garrison started, and got the JC hut set up and started getting Taladite Crystals. She also got to 91, and got the crafted Cloak and Gloves from Preisty. The only other thing I got done in WoW last night was to convert a lot of Sorcerous stuff to Sorcerous Earth, and crafted a few Hexweave Bags for the AH. Also, Priesty made a couple of Hexweave Essence for Elfy.
In Hearthstone, I didn't do much, but got on Europe, and finished the deal 100 damage playing my Mage, and got the 2 wins required for a quest too. I crafted another pack and got 2 Temple Enforcers! They went straight in my Priest deck.
This morning, I just did the Garrison stuff, then the Cooking and Fishing daily on Locky, the Garrison fishing daily on Beasty, and Beasty trapped more Elites in Nagrand. I played Hearthstone on Americas, had the win 5 as Hunter or Druid, Deal 100 damage to Heroes, and kill 40 minions. I did Tavern Brawl a few times, picking Hunter, and managed 1 win be made good progress on the other quests.
That's about it. Last Blaugust post tomorrow. It will another massive weekly update.
I hope to play Locky a bit today, maybe Elfy a bit more, and get the Americas Hearthstone quests done.

Blaugust Day 29 - Elfy gets to 90!
Hi,
It's the 29th day of Blaugust. Let's see what I was up to last night and this morning.
The title news will come at the end, because it happened this morning. Last night, after Garrison chores and other chores (Priesty was low on Sumptuous Fur and Beasty was low on caged elites), Lockybrit got more play time. She completed a few dungeons, did more questing in Nagrand, and made it 68. She's now ready to hit Northrend.
In Hearthstone (Americas), I built a warrior deck for the 4 Horsemen (last boss of wing 3 of Naxx), and it worked perfectly, taking down the boss no problem. I then did the two class challenges that it opened up. This first was easy, but the 2nd, Warlock, took me about 3 tries to get it right. I then went on Europe and saw I had the win 2 with Priest or Warrior, and deal 100 damage to heroes. So I played my Priest casually, and went 2-0 and got 1 quest out of the way, with the 2nd about half done.
So, this morning, I did follower missions, and then played Elfybrit until she hit 90. It was questing in Jade Forest until 88, then a little bit of Valley of the Four Winds. Getting into Kun-Lai, doing quests up to One Keg to get the Grummlepack, hitting Temple of the White Tige, and she hit 90 doing the Winter's Blossom quests. She then got Pandaria flying, and flew around VFW and Dread Wastes, leveling mining a bit (now at 584). She's about to step through the portal to talk to Khadgar:
That's about it. No Hearthstone yet. I'll see what the quests are today, and try to bang them out. I also might try the 4th wing of Naxx. In WoW, I'll take Elfy into Draenor, and get started on the Jewelcrafting, I hope.

Blaugust Day 28 - My Hexweave Gloves are Selling!
Hi,
It's the 28th day of Blaugust. Let's see what I got up to last night and this morning.
First, about the title. I've held off putting the six Hexweave Gloves I crafted on the AH, because they cost 6g each time they don't sell. But I saw only one up there for 1500g, so decided to list them all again for 1K each. And 2 of them sold! Yay. Priesty is now up to 99k gold :)
So, Garrison chores last night, and then I got on Lockybrit and ran Underbog and Mana Tombs while questing in Nagrand. She made it to level 66. So looking forward to getting her to 68 and into Northrend soon.
Contrary to what I said, I did play a lot of Hearthstone last night. I got the 5 wins as Mage or Hunter on Americas, and so I decided to try and get the wins on Tavern Brawl. I did fine, and knocked it out using Mage in about 9 or 10 games. I also built a Paladin deck for Inspector Razuvious on Naxx, and actually succeeded!! It was a rush deck off the internet. I also played on Europe, and got another win as a Rogue, completing two quests. I tried the next boss with my Priest, but failed horribly, but at least saw what it did. I then built a Paladin deck for it, but didn't have time to try it again.
This morning, after follower missions, I quested on Elfybrit in Jade Forest, getting her to level 87. She killed the Jade Witch :)
She's now ready to do the Jade quests (you know, the taking Jade to people) and will soon head to VFW and Kun-Lai.
I played a bit of Hearthstone this morning too. Just trying my Paladin against the 2nd boss of the 3rd wing. Yes!! Success. It felt really good, because I built the deck from stratch, just knowing what the boss could do. I had enough gold, and bought another pack. I got 2 Unleash the Hounds in it :) Faith in Hearthstone restored.
Tonight, I will play Lockybrit and hope to get her into Northrend. I might also play Elfybrit, and I'll also play a bit of Hearthstone.

Blaugust Day 27 - Only 4 Days to Go!
Hi,
It's the 27th day of Blaugust, and there are only 4 more days of it. It's been fun, but I'll be happy to get back to only doing my Blog once a week. Here's what I was up to last night and this morning.
After Garrison, Sunsong Ranch, and Timeless Isle stuff, I got back on Lockybrit and quested in Zangamarsh, and did Hellfire Ramparts, Blood Furnace, and the Slave Pens (queuing for them individually for the quests). She got to level 64 pretty quickly and I then parked her in Shattrath to rest up.
I also took Elfybrit into Pandaria last night, doing the first series of quests and getting to the Village for the portal to and from Pandaria. She also did the cooking and fishing daily in Orgrimmar, just for some XP, gold, and helping towards the Guild Daily quest goal.
Shammy also made the 640 trinket for herself, which made her iLvL 615 and ready for LFR (although I don't know when I'll have time for that ::).
I played quite a bit of Hearthstone last night, but it was quite frustrating. I played on America and just tried to bang out the 3 wins with any class quest. I took my Priest into Ranked, but lost twice and so decided to play casual. It still took about 10 more games in casual to get the 3 wins. I was drawing horribly. On some of my losses, I hadn't drawn either Northshire Cleric, even though I only had about 10 or 12 cards still to draw. I also tried to down the first boss of the third wing in Naxx. I tried twice with the Warrior I'd built, and failed miserably both times.
Then I played on Europe. Two quests. One was win 2 with Rogue or Paladin, and the other was win 2 with Rogue or Druid. Well, easy then, built a Rogue deck, and got 1 win, but then lost twice and just gave up for the evening. Really left me a bit dejected and wondering if I should give it for now, and concentrate on WoW.
This morning, I got back on Elfybrit and continued in Jade Forest. She did a lot of questing and got up to the point when she's about to do the quests where the NPCs tell their stories. She got to level 86 1/2. She also picked up quite a bit of Ghost Iron Ore, leveling mining a bit more. I also got back on Lockybrit and quested in Nagrand, banging out the first few quests.
That's about it. The plan for tonight is to play Lockybrit some more, doing dungeons and questing in Nagrand. Don't know if I'll play any Hearthstone, we'll see. Although I must admit that buying packs with gold and opening them is fun :)

Blaugust Day 26 - I Love My Follower Missions!

It's the 26th day of Blaugust. Let's see what I was up to last night and this morning.
Well, as the title says, I do love follower missions. Especially when this shows up:
It's the first time I've had this mission for ages. Really nice, and got Priesty to over 90K this morning. Priesty, Beasty, and Shammy are all doing their follower missions now, and the gold is flowing nicely (even though not as much as before the nerf).
So, Shammy got invited to visit a Herb Trader, and she got all the Trinket recipes, and all the Transmute stuff. So she transmuted tons of other Sorcerous into Sorcerous Earth. Beasty then made 4 Burnished Essences. She used 2 on her Gloves, and sent 2 to Shammy for her Gloves.
I also leveled Voidbrit some more last night, doing lots of dungeons and questing in Nagrand. Funny thing though. I realized I was leveling the wrong character. She's not my Scribe, Lockybrit is. Duh! Anyway, got her to 66, and then stopped.
On Hearthstone, I had the win 3 as Paladin on Americas. So, I played a couple of games and got 1 win. But then (in casual mind you) I faced an absolutely top tier Warrior Grim Patron deck. I lost, and gave up for while. But I decided to come back later to see if I would actually have fun again, and I did, getting the other 2 wins in about 4 games.
This morning, I leveled Elfybrit in Uldum. Lots of quests and Elementium Ore later, she dinged 85! Ready to go to Pandaria now. I really enjoyed just questing away in Cata in the mornings. Hardly anyway else around. It was great. I also corrected my mistake, and did the Naga quests on Lockybrit, getting her close to 62.
I played a smidgen of Hearthstone this morning. I purchased the final 3 wings of Naxx for 14.99 and tried out my Priest against the first boss of the third wing. It wasn't really close, and I lost. I will look up strats for it, but I think running with tons of Taunts, and > 3 health minions and healing would be good. Maybe a warrior for Armor too.
That's it. More tomorrow. Tonight I will level Lockybrit more, I think, and may take Elfybrit into Pandaria, or leave that to tomorrow. In Hearthstone, I'll try to get quests completed.

That's it. More tomorrow. Tonight I will level Lockybrit more, I think, and may take Elfybrit into Pandaria, or leave that to tomorrow. In Hearthstone, I'll try to get quests completed.

Blaugust Day 25 - My 3rd Horde 100!
Hi,
It's the 25th day of Blaugust. Let's see what I got up to last night and this morning.
After doing the Garrison stuff on Priesty and Beasty, and playing some Hearthstone (more on that later), I hopped on 99 and 47% Shammybrit, and quested like crazy in Nagrand. I had to go really deep in the zone, eventually getting to the scenario with Garrosh, where she dinged 100! She finished the scenario, and ported back to her Garrison. She had already created tons of potions and some flasks to get to 700, so it was an all out great night for Shammy.
In Hearthstone, I got on Americas, and re-rolled the 40g quest and got the 100g 7 wins one. Yay. So I just used my Priest against the AI and got the 7 wins easily. On Europe, I had two quests. Win 3 games, and kill 40 minions. I got on the Priest, and played Rank, and got the quests complete and got to Rank 23.
Wife and I watched another episode of Masterchef last night, so I didn't get to play a great deal.
This morning, after doing Follower missions, I noticed I was just shy of 2000 GRs on Shammy. So, she got 74 more from the garrison cache and upgraded the Garrison to level 3. Now she can start working on getting all the buildings set up and upgraded etc.
Then, I played on Elfybrit. I transferred 2000g from Priesty and got 280% flying. Then she flew down to Tanaris and got into Uldum. She quested for a bit, and then flew all over Uldum, mining up Elementium Ore. She got to 500 Mining, and dinged level 84.
One other thing. Priesty AHed tons of stuff yesterday. True Iron Ore, Blackrock Ore, Savage Blood, Draenic Intellect Potion, Saronite Ore, Cobalt Ore, and made about 8K off the auctions, so even giving Elfy 2K, she's still up to 86K now.
That's it for today. I'll play Voidbrit a bit tonight I think, and do the Hearthstone quests.
