Waiting for 6.1

Hi,

6.1 comes out tomorrow with tons of new stuff that I'm really looking forward to. What I've been doing is saving up tons of stuff for when 6.1 hits. I've saved up Herbs, Ore, Salvage Crates, and Primal Spirits. I hope to able to craft tons of mats with Ore, Herbs, and Primal Spirits, as long as I get the right visitors in the Garrisons. Also, Salvage Crates are changing slightly, giving no Follower upgrade sets, but guaranteeing a Green or Blue in every crate. As I don't care about the Follower sets, I'm saving them up to open tomorrow night.

Enough of that, what else have I been up to?

Well, Blackrock Foundry opened up in LFR last week. So I did it on Flaying. Fun fights, and I died on Grull, and we wiped once on Furnace, but a successful run, and Flaying got 3 pieces of 650 gear (one of which was an upgrade :)). Later in the week, I also did it on Gnomey. Having a better handle on what to expect, it was a nice clean run, but unfortunately, no gear.

Other gearing up was done by Unstable, who finally got to 2 645 followers to get a Highmaul Mission. She completed it at 48%, which was awesome, and got a nice 655 piece.

Gold has just been chugging along. I've sold lots of Savage Feasts and some other stuff, but just fleecing of the other 100s (leaving them with 2K each time) has been bringing in the gold, just from follower missions, and Salvage crates. I didn't run a single old Raid this week.

I tried to focus a bit on Achievements. Flaying started the Lunar Festival and got quite a few of those. I also decided to work on the Mounts goal, as the goals are going to take a hit for 6.1. I got the faction mounts for Human, Gnome, and Night Elf. Now up to 42 mounts.

Of yes, in addition to all this, I did level Blizzy and got her to 100. I now have 9 level 100s. The next will be Shaolin (for another JC), and I leveled her to 95 this week.

Of course, I continued doing follower missions twice a day, and all the Garrison chores once a day, too.

Master plan progress:

Leveling: Get each one to 100. Counting 90-100. Out of 120.

Quite a bit done, and not really much left to do. Now 100/120 = 83.33%

Gearing: Get each character to 650. Counting 600-650. Out of 600.

Adding Blizzy to the mix and a few increases. Now 258/600 = 43%

Crafted Gear: Get 3 pieces of fully upgraded gear on each character. Out of 144.

A few crafted upgrades. Now 60/144 = 41.7%

Professions: Get 2 professions on each character to 700. Counting 600-700. Out of 2400.

Several increases this week. Now 2219/2400 = 92.5%

Secondary Profs: Get all 4 secondary profs on Flaying to 700. Counting 600-700. Out of 400.

Not much this week. 304/400 = 76%

Achievements: Get to 10,000. Out of 10,000.

Got quite a few this week. Now up to 6590/10000 = 65.9%

Guild Achievements: Get to 100. Out of 100.

Still at 80/100 = 80%

Gold: Get to 1M Gold on Flaying. Out of 1M.

Limped up to 476,668/1M = 47.67%

Mounts: Get to 100 Mounts. Out of 100.

Made good progress on this. Now 42/100 = 42%

Followers: Get 10 followers on each character to 670. Out of 120.

With the new requirement, 0/120 = 0%

Overall Plan progress = 57.2%

The goal for next week is to mess around with 6.1 as much as possible, and level Shaolin up a bit. Maybe to 100. It would be nice to have 10 100s. I'll try and focus a bit more on Achievements, and will definitely be looking to upgrade all my followers.
