A new member? That's right, and not Ranged DPS either. A Human Ret Paladin. Here's the deal. I got a Timeless Plate Cache from Timeless Isle. I realized that my BS could make 553 Plate gear. So, what use will that be if I don't have a Plate user. I toyed with making a DK, but thought that starting at level 1 would really give the Guild XP a real boost. I was certainly right about that. I bought the Chest and Shoulder Heirlooms with DMF tickets, and ground out JPs on Flaying to get the Two-Hander. I bought the cape and helm. So Pally is whizzing through the zones and levels. Mining so that she can supply Ghost Iron Ore to Draeny. Tailoring so that I can get 2 Celestial Cloth per day for gear for all my cloth wearers.

So, what else has been going on? A lot!

Gnomey made the 553 belt for Flaying, and this pushed Flaying to 496 (exactly right for SOO LFR). I read up on the 4 fights and entered LFR. Got the first boss down fine, I got a Cloak. Got the 2nd boss down on the 2nd try, I got a Ring. Wiped twice on the 3rd boss, and I had to leave. So, real fun and I got some gear. While queuing, Flaying completed all of the Dread Wastes quests.

Then I decided to focus entirely on Guild leveling. Draeny got to 90 and started to do some dailies and Dread Wastes quests (to get Honored with Klaxxi for the Belt Buckle recipe). She also got the Balanced Trillium recipe, and has started making them. Fliction got to 85, and made it part way through Jade Forest. Fengsui got to 70, and Unstable started in Outland.

Saving all the cloth from Outland onward (and have some Runecloth already saved) for when Pally gets there, but it's going to be a bit of a grind for Silk and Mageweave.

Also, all the Horde gang went to DMF and so they actually got played a bit this week.

The Alliance guild is now level 23 and 98%! The Horde guild is level 4 and 73%. Achievements are now at 3485, with the last two being Terrific Trio, and Dread Haste Make Dread Waste.

The plan for next week is to continue to make Celestial Cloth and Balanced Trillium, and to level all the other toons. The plan is to NOT do high level content that doesn't contribute to Guild XP. I can really taste 25 right now!
