Hi,
Alliance (Brits United):
Flayingbrit (90) - Human/Priest (Herbalism/Alchemy) - iLvL 473
Draenybrit (85) - Draenei/Shaman (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Gnomeybrit (89) - Gnome/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Blizzybrit (90) - Draenei/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting) - iLvL 437
Flictionbrit (65) - Gnome/Warlock (Mining/Engineering)
Boomybrit (82) - Night Elf/Druid (Herbalism/Inscription)
Fengsuibrit (48) - Panderan/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Unstablebrit (48) - Human/Warlock (Mining/Skinning)
Elfybrit (47) - Night Elf/Priest (Herbalism/Mining)
Shadybrit (38) - Draenei/Priest (Herbalism/Mining)
Horde (Britannia):
Priestybrit (36) - Undead/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Gobbybrit (24) - Goblin/Warlock (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Cuteybrit (23) - Blood Elf/Priest (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Herbybrit (23) - Tauren/Druid (Herbalim/Inscription)
Shammybrit (22) - Troll/Shaman (Mining/Engineering)
Beastybrit (23) - Blood Elf/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Fuzzybrit (23) - Panderan/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting)
Well, I said I wasn't going to play this week, but here's what happened. I laid off for a couple of days, but my pain wasn't getting any better. So, I went back to the doctor. He did some tests and told me "It's not your Triceps, it looks like a rotator cuff injury". Sent me to the MRI. The MRI confirmed that I had a tear in my rotator cuff and two other tendons in the shoulder. So, I got a cortizone injection, and am doing some mild physical theraphy to keep the shoulder moving. What this means though is that they don't want it immobilized and I can play WoW a bit. I played tons of Civ 5, but managed to get in a little WoW.
So, not much progress, with the main being on Boomybrit and Priestybrit. I was going to play Horde one week, and Alliance the next, but I've scrapped that, and will chop and change between them whenever I feel like.
Boomybrit finished off Northrend and is now having fun in Mount Hyjal. The Inscription is going great, and because there were herbs left in the bank from Flaying, Boomy is already at 500 inscription. Priestybrit made it through Arathi and Hinterlands, and reminded my of why I remember Hinterlands questing being bad. Not generally, but having to go back up into that Troll place about 5 times for quests is really bad. They should make it like others that auto complete and give you the quests where you are. Oh well, I might just switch over to Stranglehorn Vale for the other toons in Britannia.
The guilds are progressing. Alliance is now 20 and 23%. Horde is 4 and 26%. Achievements have moved up to 2925, with the last two being Needy (finally rolled 100 - Boomy) and Explore Storm Peaks (Boomy - getting herbs for Northrend research).
Goals for next week are to get Boomy to 85 and start working on Fliction. Also, to get others on the Horde side to 36 and ready for WPL like Priesty.
Cheers.

Woe is me!
Hi,
Alliance (Brits United):
Flayingbrit (90) - Human/Priest (Herbalism/Alchemy) - iLvL 473
Draenybrit (85) - Draenei/Shaman (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Gnomeybrit (89) - Gnome/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Blizzybrit (90) - Draenei/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting) - iLvL 437
Flictionbrit (65) - Gnome/Warlock (Mining/Engineering)
Boomybrit (78) - Night Elf/Druid (Herbalism/Inscription)
Fengsuibrit (48) - Panderan/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Unstablebrit (48) - Human/Warlock (Mining/Skinning)
Elfybrit (47) - Night Elf/Priest (Herbalism/Mining)
Shadybrit (37) - Draenei/Priest (Herbalism/Mining)
Horde (Britannia):
Priestybrit (25) - Undead/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Gobbybrit (24) - Goblin/Warlock (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Cuteybrit (23) - Blood Elf/Priest (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Herbybrit (22) - Tauren/Druid (Herbalim/Inscription)
Shammybrit (22) - Troll/Shaman (Mining/Engineering)
Beastybrit (23) - Blood Elf/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Fuzzybrit (23) - Panderan/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting)
Well, I'll get to the reason for the title later.
Anyway, the big news for this week was that I got my Alliance Guild to level 20! I quested a lot on Fengsui, Unstable, Elfy, and Shady. I also leveled Boomy after realizing that Insciption can be a good money earner at high level by making Ghost Iron Staff. I even played Flaying a bit, doing the Golden Lotus dailies (because they're going away in 5.4). I also decided to do a bit of exploring in Jade Forest, and farming up Green Tea Leaf. They are then made in to Master Healing Potion, giving 60s per. Not using the AH certainly makes one think about the game differently :)
So, now for the title.
I tore/pulled my Triceps in my left arm a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, WoW aggravates it, and is causing it not to heal. So, I'm going to have to take a break from WoW for a while. It could be about 2 weeks.
My Alliance Guild is now level 20 and 2%. Horde guild is still level 4 and 3%. Achievements are now 2865, with the latest two being Explore Grizzly Hills (Boomy) and Explore Jade Forest (Flaying).
Plans for next week are to not play WoW at all :)
Cheers.

The DMF Bag Shuffle
Hi,
Alliance (Brits United):
Flayingbrit (90) - Human/Priest (Herbalism/Alchemy) - iLvL 473
Draenybrit (85) - Draenei/Shaman (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Gnomeybrit (89) - Gnome/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Blizzybrit (90) - Draenei/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting) - iLvL 437
Flictionbrit (65) - Gnome/Warlock (Mining/Engineering)
Boomybrit (72) - Night Elf/Druid (Herbalism/Inscription)
Fengsuibrit (40) - Panderan/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Unstablebrit (46) - Human/Warlock (Mining/Skinning)
Elfybrit (31) - Night Elf/Priest (Herbalism/Mining)
Shadybrit (31) - Draenei/Priest (Herbalism/Mining)
Horde (Britannia):
Priestybrit (25) - Undead/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Gobbybrit (24) - Goblin/Warlock (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Cuteybrit (23) - Blood Elf/Priest (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Herbybrit (22) - Tauren/Druid (Herbalim/Inscription)
Shammybrit (22) - Troll/Shaman (Mining/Engineering)
Beastybrit (23) - Blood Elf/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Fuzzybrit (23) - Panderan/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting)
As you can see, the majority of the week was spent on my Horde toons. Basically, getting them all through Trisfal Glades and Silverpine Forest, and getting First Aid, Cooking, Fishing, and 2 primary profs to 75 so they could go do the DMF quests. Mission accomplished, on Friday, and I took them all through the DMF on Saturday.
Well, here's one of the great things about the DMF for low level toons. Doing those 5 prof quests, and the lead in quest nets you 22 prize tickets. You can buy the Darkmoon Box with a ticket, and vendor it for 2g 50s. So, seeing as you want one for yourself (they are unique), just buy and sell 21 of them before you get the one for yourself. This will net you 52g 50s. Not bad, and I financed my first Guild Bank tab, and everyone still had about 35g.
Now all the Horde toons are on hold, and I'm back playing Alliance, getting the guild to level 25. In fact, that might be the way to play it. One week Horde, the next Alliance, repeating. Then you get a weeks rested for each toon at the start of the week. Yep, I think that's the way I'm going to do it.
The no using AH or Trading is going well. Low level mats don't make much compared with what you could make on the AH, but things are going to get more interesting with higher level mats. In fact, that's how Flaying's iLvL increased from 371->373. I found that the best use for Golden Lotus is for making Zen Alchemist Stone. After I made the first one, I realized it was an iLvL improvement :). Also, I switched Shady and Elfy from Alchemy to Mining, and Unstable from Herbing to Mining, because Mining is much better for vendoring, overal
So, I played Horde through Saturday, and played Alliance on Sunday. The Alliance Guild is now 19 and 35%. The Horde Guild is level 4 and 3%. Achievements are stuck at 2865 and I can't see that changing much as I'm not playing my high level toons at the moment.
The goals for the week are leveling the Alliance Guild. I want to get Boomy through Northrend, Flaying through Outland, and level my skinners too.
Cheers.

Stalled progress
Hi,
Alliance:
Flayingbrit (90) - Human/Priest (Herbalism/Alchemy) - iLvL 471
Draenybrit (85) - Draenei/Shaman (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Gnomeybrit (89) - Gnome/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Blizzybrit (90) - Draenei/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting) - iLvL 437
Flictionbrit (64) - Gnome/Warlock (Mining/Engineering)
Boomybrit (71) - Night Elf/Druid (Herbalism/Inscription)
Fengsuibrit (39) - Panderan/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Unstablebrit (38) - Human/Warlock (Herbalism/Skinning)
Elfybrit (31) - Night Elf/Priest (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Shadybrit (31) - Draenei/Priest (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Horde:
Priestybrit (21) - Undead/Priest (Tailoring/Enchanting)
Gobbybrit (12) - Goblin/Warlock (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Cuteybrit (8) - Blood Elf/Priest (Mining/Blacksmithing)
Herbybrit (22) - Tauren/Druid (Herbalim/Inscription)
Shammybrit (15) - Troll/Shaman (Mining/Engineering)
Beastybrit (7) - Blood Elf/Hunter (Skinning/Leatherworking)
Fuzzybrit (16) - Panderan/Mage (Mining/Jewelcrafting)
So, not a lot of progress to write about this week. Went down to San Luis Obispo on Thursday and attended a wedding on Friday, and picnic on Saturday etc. and only got back on Sunday. However, I did take my laptop, and found a little bit of time to play during the down times. I was playing mostly Civ 5 though.
Anyway, haven't played Alliance much, and only gained one level on Boomy. The first five were taken through the DMF prof quests yesterday though.
Most of the progress has been on the Horde side. Fuzzy has joined the guild and I deleted my 2nd Warlock, and created another Priest instead (Cutey). Much better. Priesty and Herby have made the most progress, with both of them having finished Silverpine Forest. That's the goal for all of them. Get through Silverpine Forest and then see what else may be necessary to get all profs to 75 for the DMF. I'm hoping I can do this for all of them before Saturday.
The Alliance guild is now 19 and 8%. The Horde guild is 2 and 73%. Achievements haven't budged at all, staying at 2865.
The goal for this week will be to finish taking all the Alliance toons through DMF, getting all the Horde toons to 75 in all profs and taking them all through DMF, and then maybe leveling Boomy and Fliction some more. We'll see how much I can actually get done.
Oh, one other thing. Eccentrica and I have decided that we're going to go completely stand-alone from now on. Actually, she decided it, and I stole the idea for my guilds. So, no AH and no selling stuff in Trades. Just vendoring. Eccentrica and I have been poring over wowhead analysing what the most lucrative items for vendoring are for each of the crafting mats. It's actually going to be pretty fun not having to wonder if AH items are selling and constantly checking mail etc.
Cheers.
